My name is Matthew Burns, I am currently a senior at Gettysburg College set to graduate in May, 2021. I am a sociology major researching the effects of gentrification on real estate marketing in urban South Jersey.
Career Goals
After graduating from Gettysburg College, I plan on getting my Real Estate license and finding a job in real estate, preferably in the commercial field. My long-term goals are to get my real-estate license and find a stable job somewhere near home. I am open to working anywhere but being closer to home is something I am looking for. I look forward to finding a job that I enjoy working in everyday where I can be happy while also being dedicated to my work. My goal is to work very hard as a commercial real-estate broker for enough years where I am able to transition from selling buildings to owning properties.
